Overview
Whether you are newly qualified, experienced, facing uncertainty, change or striving for a work life balance, this training day will support you to explore your own resilience as a practitioner or member of staff. We look at evidence -based approaches to working which support you to keep going when times are tough and protect yourself against burnout.

Who’s it for?
Anyone working in a situation where they support others and therefore need to support themselves.

Access Information
The forum will be held online on Zoom. Please arrive in the online platform 10 minutes prior to the start time. An email with joining instructions will be sent out the day before the event.

We have reluctantly decided to use Zoom for our training, despite some concerns about their policies and practice, because we want to prioritise digital inclusivity.
