Charlotte Harper – Youth Engagement Worker, Blackpool
I have worked on the Blackpool Families Rock changes which as meant improving the lives of people in Blackpool. This had led to me volunteering as a Young Inspector for Blackpool Council which helps ensure the homes in Blackpool are able to support the young people in Blackpool. I have also been apart of the Care Leavers forum to make improvements to the services given to the young people. I have a passion for Project Management and my goals for the future is to have a job as a project manager. I also have a passion for making an impact on the world which I able to do with the work I am currently doing. I spend a lot of my time under my creative artistic side, I love creating art and being able to relax whilst doing so with music on. I have my 5 year old son who is my absolute world! He makes me want to achieve the best I can to make his future brighter. I also have a kitten called Sonic because of his crazy and random side to him.
